Barbara was raised in Dallas, Texas in a family of ten children. She attended Tarelton State and Texas Tech Colleges. Her main study was in Animal Sciences. 17 year in the retail and grocery business, working her way to store manager gave her the courage and confidence to move to Mulberry, Ar. She then began learning to grow high quality, clean food beginning with duck eggs, with a progression from goat meat, chicken eggs and quality beef. The business has grown along with a wide array of products available. Barbara now provides a wealth of knowledge to produce high quality products that you and your family can trust.
Greg Rottman oversees design, construction, and general operations. He has an Agricultural Engineering Degree and has been a project manager with the Army Corps of Engineers for many years.
Heidi Renfro is an active contributor to our value added production. She works closely with us to develop new products, new recipes, and new strategies for packaging. She is a founding member of our 3CG group.
